1. How long does production take?

Each personalized product is handcrafted with care. Production usually takes 2–4 business days before shipping.

2. How long is shipping?

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–9 business days within the United States. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?

Because most of our products are custom-made, cancellations or modifications are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, production may already have started.

4. Can I return personalized items?

Personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact info@memorablegift.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International delivery will be available soon.

6. What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at info@memorablegift.co with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
