Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary, hazardous, or flammable (liquids or gases).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Certain health and personal care items


PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Under U.S. consumer protection laws and due to the custom nature of our products, personalized or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has started.
This includes any product that has been customized with a name, message, date, or size/color preference.

However, exceptions apply in the following cases:

  • The product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • A wrong name/message was engraved or printed

  • The size or customization does not match your order details

If any of these apply, please contact us at info@memorablegift.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we’ll make it right.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, please contact info@memorablegift.co for instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
