Delivery Area
The PRODUCTS offered can only be delivered within USA and Canada. It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address located outside this REGION. PRODUCTS are shipped to the delivery addresses specified by the CUSTOMER during the ordering process.

Production
Production and design take 2–4 business days.

Shipping Time
Orders will be delivered to you within 6–9 business days.
The availability of products, preparation time, and invoicing process are indicated on our WEBSITE. These timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays. Provided that the email address entered in the registration form is correct, the CUSTOMER will automatically receive an electronic message when the PRODUCTS are shipped.

Delivery Times and Costs
During the ordering process, the SELLER informs the CUSTOMER about the estimated delivery times and available delivery methods for the purchased PRODUCTS. The shipping fee is calculated based on the selected delivery method. If free shipping is not offered, these costs will be paid by the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the PRODUCTS purchased. Details of delivery times and costs are provided on the WEBSITE.

Delivery Conditions
The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER against signature and upon presentation of an identity document. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left for the CUSTOMER to collect the package from the post office.

Delivery Issues
At the end of the online ordering procedure, when the CUSTOMER selects a carrier, they are informed about the estimated delivery date. Deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If delivery fails within this period, the CUSTOMER must formally notify the SELLER to deliver within a reasonable additional period. If the SELLER still fails to deliver within that time, the CUSTOMER may terminate the contract. Upon receipt of the termination notice, the SELLER will, without undue delay, refund the total amount paid by the CUSTOMER for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and delivery charges, using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER. The SELLER remains responsible for the PRODUCT until it is delivered to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER is reminded that they have three (3) days to report any damage or partial loss to the carrier after delivery.
